Programming services co. owner sells in Williamsburg

John R. Bollinger Jr. and Jennifer L. Bollinger sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 111 Skimino Landing Drive in Williamsburg to Frank A. Yerkes Jr. and Glada K. Yerkes for $630,900 on Oct. 16.

The Bollingers paid $160,000 for the property in January 2007. The 3,089-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Skimino/Greensprings. It is part of the Skimino Landing Estates subdivision.

Bollinger Jr. is the owner of Comet Graphics, a custom computer programming services provider. He is also the president and director of Orion Network Solutions, a web technology firm that specializes in information technology support, systems design and network administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 162 home sales in Williamsburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $217,810.
