John W. Dafashy and Jessica D. Dafashy sold a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 111 Saxon Road in Williamsburg to Robert C. Lee and Lisa Anne Lee for $297,200 on Nov. 16.

The 2,482-square-foot home was built in 1985 in Queens Lake/Nelson Park. It is part of the Queens Lake subdivision.

John Dafashy is as a territory manager at ChemTreat Inc., a specialty chemical company dedicated solely to industrial water treatment.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in Williamsburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $215,700.
