Luther C. Blair Jr. and Elizabeth S. Blair bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 233 East Queens Drive in Williamsburg from the estate of Lillian H. Smith for $377,000 on Nov. 26.

The 1,381-square-foot home was built in 1961 in Queens Lake/Nelson Park. It is located in the Queens Lake subdivision.

Luther Blair is a lead architectural designer and the vice president of Wisnewski Blair & Associates Ltd., a design firm in Alexandria.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 175 home sales in Williamsburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $215,300.
