IAFF local 2498 provides fundraiser to keep paramedics certified

The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 2498 is conducting a fundraiser to assist in the training of York County paramedics in their continuing education training. 

The training is needed for the paramedics to remain state and nationally certified. The chapter will reach out to area citizens and businesses with a mailing that requests a donation and has a complimentary support decal. 

Portions of the proceeds go toward training paramedics and to help the firefighters. The local chapter provides the training to the paramedics.
