Kelly Klang of York High School heading to U.S. Military Academy

York High School graduate Kelly Kang received an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.

Kang will report to West Point on July 2 when new cadet summer training begins. 

She was one of 15,000 applicants competing for 1,150 positions.
