York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office releases photo of gas station burglary suspect

The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office released surveillance footage of the man wanted in connection with a break-in at a Tabb-area gas station.

The suspect reportedly busted out the glass door of Raceway Gas Station, located in the 300 block of Route 17, grabbed merchandise and then ran away.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Monday, June 18, according to a York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office news release.

The suspect is described as white, clean-shaven and thin. He is in his late teens or early 20s. He was last seen wearing a dark coat, striped hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, plaid shorts and light-colored shoes. He also may wear prescription glasses, according to the release.
