HS football preview: New Kent at York

The York Falcons will host the New Kent Trojans in a high school varsity football game at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11.

York is 5-1 on the season, after defeating Poquoson 14-7 on the road Oct. 5. Douglas Pereira is the coach of the Falcons.

New Kent is 0-6 on the season, after losing 33-12 at home to Jamestown Oct. 5. Dan Rounds is the coach of the Trojans.

Up next, York will go on the road and play Bruton on 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19. New Kent will next play at home against Poquoson at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19.
